Fashion or Food Goodness?

So, I'll be spending April 6th through the 17th with the most important people in my life, and I'm stressing over a series of things. One, patio furniture/outdoor fun. I basically want to turn my back yard into an awesome outdoor lounge area where we can enjoy the weather, and just well... relax outside. To that end, I've been researching the mess out of furniture, lights, and bug killer thingies. I've pretty much got the bug killer thing down, and I'll try and purchase that this weekend. But, holy crap, there are tons of patio furniture!! And why is it hard to find string/Christmas-like lights?! I called the Lowe's over here in Roswell, and they acted like I was a crack smoker. WTF was that about? Yes, I'm poor (in comparison to like, 90% of the people around me) and I don't want to spend 100 bucks a pop on some brass, retarded looking outdoor fixture thingy! DAMNIT JUST GIVE ME MY CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!!
And then there's the patio furniture. You know what I want? The durable plastic kind that you can spill some shit on, and pick up and toss into the side of the house, and it doesn't break. Granted, I would love to get like, NICE furniture, but really, c'mon, is anyone going to care, really? So, yeah, been looking for some of that too. And I don't want the stupid 'University of' crappy furniture shit either. Grrrr on Home Depot, especially for not carrying what I want! Of course it probably doesn't help that I haven't really been all that clear as to what I want, but whatever.
Second thing is well... looking good while they're here. Yes, I know it seems trivial, but I gotta represent my folks! I want people to know that yes, the lot of us look good and screw the rest of you for NOT looking good. *sniff* Yep.
Thirdly, food and entertainment. Basically I plan on having/supplying tons of awesome food. That part isn't too hard... not since I've been, literally, compiling tons of places here in Decatur/Emory, and Roswell where we can eat. I must say, the choices are a lot better then what I had to work with in Stockbridge since Emory is RIGHT next to Buford HWY. Go Emory! (you won't hear that too often) As for Enterainment, Gin, Asshole, and lots of movie watching. Maybe even trapse around various parks around town and play on the kiddie sets. What? Metal slides are the shit, and burning various parts of your ass in 70/80 degree weather is a must in Georgia.
Fourthly, OH MY GOD IT'S ONLY A MONTH AWAY!!!
